Crown Regency Resort & Convention Center

Was a lot of waiting in the looby cuz the staff at the reception were a but tough with letting the customrs send the emails to them or just show them!

We stayed at Crown Regency for 4 nights. Upon check in, I was allocated a room which was facing a construction site, and the room itself was still under construction. The bathroom had no shower panels, the wires for the lights were bare as they were not connected yet, the wardrobe had no door, the room had no table, and it was still being painted. I was massively upset and spoke to the manager on duty, who did not do much to appease me. We were allocated another room with an equally bad view of other rooms. During our stay, we experienced breakdowns in the heater and wifi. Our bedsheets were not changed during our 4 night stay either, and the buffet breakfast being served was awful. I had a terrifying experience staying here during my first visit to Boracay.

Staff could be friendlier and they only except cash which would be nice to know before u get there to check in

Very nice and comfortable

The staff were really helpful. The room was really nice and the house keeping services were spot on. They went the extra mile with folding my clothes for example without being asked. However, when we visited they were still in the process of extra building work behind the hotel which is ugly and noisy at times. It mean't we couldn't use their pool either which was annoying. Also, the breakfast was so so, but they did accomodate additional breakfast requests outside of menu which was good.
