Irene, my host, went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful experience. She stayed in email contact with me as my arrival time adjusted due to travel and ensure that she was there to welcome me to the property and my room. She made an excellent breakfast and overall I highly recommend this location!

The architecture is amazing

Jenny Aunty is very warm and gave us good tips, which only a local can. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Owner was very friendly. Continental breakfast was excellent. Room and the facilities were comfortable and beautiful. Sights like Arthur's seat are reachable by walking and bus routes to the center go just around the corner.

Very welcoming, clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast and good location with on street parking and good bus service. Also possible to walk into the city if reasonably fit. Hope to stay again in the future.

The rooms are really light and airy, very nice to be in. Breakfast is really good too.

The house and the rooms were beautiful. Great location for getting to/from the city centre. The host Irene was great and really helpful. We’d definitely recommend it.
