The hosts (Richard and Judy) were perfect and provided lots of information on local services, including restaurants, places to visit etc. The room was clean and tidy, with all provisions provided for coffee\tea etc. The choice of breakfast helped set us up for the day ahead. Location was perfect for exploring Harrogate and local area and we would definitely stay again.

Spotlessly clean, the hosts Richard and Judy had thought of everything. Bed was very comfortable, on suite shower was immaculate. Free on street parking outside was a bonus as well and only 2 minutes walk to the town centre. Incredible breakfast.
