What a wonderful place to spend a week. Come eat some great food, spend time in the many pools they have or take part in a tour of the vast wildlife and forest reserve. All inclusive option was a plus!

The room wasn't that clean, but do able.

It is really close to nature, lots of awesome old trees with the river flowing along the property. Pool and bar are Ok

We found some staff really friendly and others not too helpful. There is a lack of training in some customer needs. The food was good but not great. Included drinks in the all-inclusive package are very limited.

The amazing nature around us. Also, the food was super delicious.

There was a lot of humidity reflected on wood and some decoration. The room was not fully clean.

The bugs are very bad. Its hard enjoy the food because the flies and ants are already eating before you. It wasn't many options for food. I wasn't informed of them having chicken tenders and fries until my 5th day of stay (remind you I had my 5 year old with me)
