Room was good, but the bathroom could have been better, signs of mould between wall tiles, cracked floor tiles. Access to the room was up several flights of steep stairs (it was raining), difficult for both of us, 70yrs plus Us

All seemed good to me. Quiet comfortable and clean roon, efficient friendly checkin.

Anna as manager was terrific. Room was very spacious and more than met our needs. Bed was excellent. Only issue we had was the access to hot water for showers - Anna fixed that and after waiting 7 minutes - it worked well.

The motel is just tired and needs a major rejuvenation, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but as stated needs a major clean-up

Should have read the reviews first. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Rooms- grubby. Cobwebs in the corners of the rooms stains in the walls and sink. Cleaners left a kitchen sponge for us to reuse and used cotton buds on the ground. Bathroom- Bathtub has clearly not been cleaned in a long time (see photos). Tiles lifted and one falling off the wall. Outside- Paths full of overgrown weeds.

Delapidated and old. We had two rooms and one stunk of cigarettes. Curtains were not on the track properly and one didn't close properly. Wires running out of the bedside table.Wasing hanging outside walkway. Doonah was stained and disgusting.

Surroundings attractive, property needs attention, room seemed to be partly renovated, torn lino in hallway, shower needed good clean. Arrived 1 hr early having phoned earlier in the week that is was ok. Charged an extra $10

My room was not cleaned thoroughly before I checked into it. There was sticky residue on the side tables from drinks placed here, the bathrooms towels had orange food stains on it and hair stuck to it. Really disappointing.

Room not cleaned so had to change rooms, no enough beds in the secon room, third room ok but two doubles and not Queens, staff did their best but when paying good money for a hotel you would hope for better, property in need of a lot of maintenance and a good clean

The accommodation is in a desperate need to be ungraded with some fresh paint and maintenance. We booked as a big family and our booking through Wotif was fine but for the family that called and booked their room wasn’t there, was lucky there was another room available. No apology or anything from the man working at reception. We had a long hair hanging off the kettle and several hairs on and in the toilet. The shower head needs to be changed as it’s that old the water doesn’t come out properly. Bed was ok, pillows need to be replaced and furniture is very old and worn. The grass is that over grown with massive weeds it’s like a jungle out the back. Has to be hands down the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in.
