Parklane Hotel

Found some insects and mosquitoes in the lobby. Found a lizard inside room. Air conditioner was pretty noisy. Staff was kind and friendly. Shower facilities are very good and clean. Simple buffet that was delicious but juice was flat.

Staff at hotel were excellent room was large as we had been upgraded to larger room with no extra cost.free mango juice in lobey whenever we wanted and were encouraged to take it. Breakfast wasn't the best.

Phare Cambodian virus rated 10/10 and was the highlight.

Lovely patient staff. But hotel noisey in the early morning. Great choice for breakfast. Located just out of the city centre.

Our entire stay for 3 nights the elevator was out of order. Though the hotel is only 4-storey building, but it was inconvenient to some elderly.

We loved this place ,could not fault it at all,location was fine for us ,staff very good ,and room was fine for the price ,was cleaned every day ,felt very safe and secure ,shower and bath all good ,would recommend to anyone looking for this type of accomadation .Breakfast was very good as well.

I was at Siem Reap for the 2nd Angkor Empire Full and Half Marathon 2015. I picked this hotel based on the budget price and reviews written by the other travelers. The Staff are friendly and well attended to your requests. As we have a very tight schedule, they allowed us to do an early check-in and we had more time to complete our schedule that day, we really appreciate that. Besides, we enjoyed the free breakfast provided, they were delicious. As the hotel is located very near to city center and so walking to the hot spots like Angkor Night Market, Pub Street and Psar Chaar wouldn't be a big deal for both me and my wife. The hotel seems aging and some maintenance works could be necessary, we found the bathtub was cracked and a little bit dirty. Nevertheless, we didn't need bathtub so that did not cause much trouble to us. It is still concluded a very nice hotel with nice people.

Our stay in this hotel was very satisfactory. We were thankful for the kindness of the staff, they know how to make their guests feel comfortable with the new environment. They did not hesitate to attend to our needs. The hotel amenities are beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay here! This hotel is highly recommended!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room is quite big. Location is convenient (easy walk to pub street, night market and old market). Very close to Koulen2 (buffet+Aspara Dancing) and The Sugar Palm Restaurant.
