Parklane Hotel

Well located hotel, shower not so comfortable in front of toilet.

The hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast for my 5 days' stay were all different in the way they were cooked even though the basic ingredients were used.

I would rate this as a 3.5 Start hotel by North American standards. The staff was all super eager to help in any way and we're all great. Really foe the $20 Canadian a night I paid, I couldn't ask for anything more. Oh and the included breakfast was great too.

ParkLane makes sure your stay is welcome. Remember Siam Reap Cambodia is not the most financially wealthy country in the world. It is rich in respect in humility! Where else can you get delicious Asian Cuisine meals for $5 or less? And we are talking about in the heart of the tourist district. Internet connection was excellent, good breakfast, hot water and cold a/c. I will go back.

I was warmly welcomed and the staff was always most accommodating. The location is really convenient. Breakfast was consistently good.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating however the rooms were in poor condition. Our air conditioning did not work well while we were there and the heat was borderline exhausting. The day of our checkout someone from housecleaning was trying to unlock our rooms at 7am and luckily could not get in because we double bolted the door that night when we got home. Poor coordination of staff as they should not be trying to enter a room at 7am to clean on the day we check out. You get what you pay for... as the bathtub had cracks in the ceilings and the rooms are poorly maintained. I would probably not recommend this hotel unless you are just looking for somewhere to crash quickly for a night.

I would absolutely recommend this to anyone going to Siem Reap. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, close to town. They organised a tuk-tuk driver for me to take me to and around Angkor Wat, and he was brilliant too!

Will recommend to friends for this hotel and keep up this good work.

Room facilities, service, safety are good except no toothpaste,brush. Also don't expect variety of breakfast or posch ambience like star hotels. The staff are very cooperative and overall with $20 per day it is reasonable.
