Parklane Hotel

The location is perfect, walking distance to the night market, tuk tuk to angkor wat is 13dolars. But needs maintenance, the air con barely works, the bathroom gets all wet after a shower, and too much mosquitoes in the room it got me worried about the diseases i could get.

Good budget hotel - the staff were very friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Not much more to say really, just get a tuk tuk into town for a dollar or two and you are good to go!

We had a great stay (triple room) at the hotel. The hotel was located slightly further away from the busier streets. The stroll back to the hotel from pub street was totally worth it as we found some nice and cheap restaurants along the way. Room was impeccably clean and beds were comfortable. The staffs were polite and welcoming. We weren't expecting much for the price we paid but in fact it turned out to be our best stay during our 8 days Cambodia trip!

Based on the hotel.com reviews we were expecting a nice basic stay. The hotel was backed onto a remote street with nothing close for tourists to eat or shop (it's best to take a tuk tuk to pub street). The ac was broken in our room, the sheets/towels were stained, the hot water was more like luke warm water and bathroom was not clean. Breakfast was basic, typical for cambodian hotels. The positive was the friendly staff who tried their best to communicate and help us. We wouldn't recommend this hotel for the price we paid and the very good reviews it has received in the past.

Were given connecting rooms for 5. Had to change rooms as one of the room's air condition was not working. Bed was comfortable, just that theres a bit of stains on the blanket. Good location with walkable distance to night market and shopping areas. Overall worth the price with airport transfer and breakfast provided daily.

the room was dark and the floor was sandy/dirty. air conditioning was not cold enough. but was made up by the nice tuktuk driver mr mab, and the nice breakfast (and staff) they have.

Generally it was good; except the air-conditioning for room 112 was not cool enough and it position is away from the bed.

I thought the condition and cleanliness of the hotel was not on par with the price that I was paying. Air conditioner wasn't working very well and it took them an hour or two to fix. On the second night the hot water ran out, so I had wait for another hour or so before taking a shower. But I give the service staff credit. All the issues that I have brought up were eventually solved. However, will probably look for another place to stay if I were to return to SR.

We stay 5 days in this hotel. the owner is very friendly and very helpful you can get free transfer from airport to hotel on day of arrival but must arrange in advance by email with flight detail. they have a group of TUTU driver that have arrangement to service their hotel guess and they are all very reliable .one outstanding TUTU driver is Mr. Howe. We enjoy our stay and the service of Mr. Howe

Good location, comfortable & clean room, simple but nice breakfast and kind staffs. Will definately stay again there.
