Very clean, friendly staff

Pool was mostly shaded

The pool was good, the hotel was quiet, and the rooms were kept clean. Breakfast was also good with nice options, and overall it was comfortable for a family stay.

The main issue was the staff attitude, especially at the reception. The staff were unfriendly and did not know how to deal with guests properly, which affected the overall experience.

The property was no good location, really poor. I hardly used to get Taxi had to wait for 30 minutes minimum.

The staff were very rude. No good at all. Food for breakfast was also very bad and cold. No proper management.

C'est un hôtel vieillissant. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt variés mais pas très bon. Le personnel à l’accueil n'est pas très sympathique. Il est présenté comme un hôtel 5* mais je le qualifierais plutôt d'un 3*.

Rengøring, for dårligt samme lagen og betræk hele ugen. Brusebad dårlig regulering med temperatur. Oversvømmelse ved risten ved bad. Første fitness var skidt. Problemer med at få mit pas da vi tjekkede ud. Dørkort og dør

The rooms were large and clean. The pool was also nice, but far from the main building where we had our room. The spa was excellent and provided good service options.

The breakfast was very limiting especially for vegetarians. There was no variety offered and generally only 1 or 2 items that we could consume apart from the salad and fruits. Also the lack of a travel desk/concierge was a little challenging for booking attractions through the hotel.
