Parasol Inn Chiang Mai Old City

A nice hotel, clean and with aircondition. The service was ecellent. The location was perfect and the restaurant had good food and service. The stairs were a little bit annoying, but we heard they will fix a elevator. We will for sure come back. We really enjoyed our stay in old town.

I would stay here again since the quality matches the price Pro Great central location Very friendly and helpful staff You can book excursions on site Big rooms Refrigerator in the room Con No window (only in the bathroom but no view) Freakishly large mirrors in bedroom and bathroom Cleanliness was nog great. Floors and surfaces were fine but bedlinnen was stained and the towels very worn with holes in them and a musty smell No ventilation other than A/C so moldy smell that only got worse when you turn on the A/C

We ate a few times at the restaurant at Parosol Inn, but did not stay having accommodation elsewhere. The restaurant is very nice, relaxing and food is excellent. The staff are amazing and very helpful and proud of their lovely business and wonderful food. Recommend all meals our favourites being green chicken curry, pad thai and the fried chicken wings.

the boss was a diamond , i got there at about 8 am and i could not check in until 2pm . i was so tired but he saw that i was tired and let me into the room about 9 am . i had booked a fan only room but he said you can stay there tonight and move to a different room tomorrow. it had air con and let me stay there for the duration of my stay

Very friendly and good service. In the room there is enough space and the bed is nice and big. There is a locker were you can put your pasport and other important stuff. The bathroom is big and everything is clean and nice. Thank you for having us!

I got a good deal and for the price it was great. My only issue was the noise from the other guests which I guess the hotel can't control. I was next to the stairs which didn't help and I heard every movement. Overall it was good

Found a big cockroach, about 1” long 1/2” wide dark brown color. When we check in. Towels are very old, one even have old blood stains, yellow and rips. Other than that, good customer service.
