"Lovely hotel with attentive and very helpful staff."

The breakfast was very varied and plentiful. Also I had requested 2 twin rooms and the rooms were offered as doubles but the very attentive staff were able to organise 1 room to become a twin rather than double so that worked for my group of four.

Only slight niggle was that both my main and pudding choices for dinner were not available but I’m guessing they were just very popular choices!

"Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff"

Stayed for just one night for my husbands 50th birthday and our wedding anniversary. Check in staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Booked us a taxi to the Farmers Dog which we had booked for dinner. The room was beautifully decorated and they had tried to help us keep it as cool as possible in the heatwave with a fan and blinds down. The molton brown products were a nice luxurious touch. Comfy beds and a lovely quiet location. Breakfast was delicious and again friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
