Hot water to shower in . Geyser is leaking all the time water . The room was much to far from the reception. No information of any sort in room , no telephone to reception . Plumbing in bad need of maintenance .

Good breakfast, but they charge for coffee, despite the fact that 50% of the group didn't even eat breakfast

The road was horrific, after the rain we had bad encounters, the car was scratched on both sides, a couple we met at the lodge car broke down because of the road, they had to pay R6500 for a recovery vehicle to come and collect. Even the recovery vehicle got stuck. In short DONT GO. There are than enough elephants at Addo park to see. Staying in a tent is either to cold in winter or very hot in summer, so why do it? Gas heater...no gas. Fireplace....wet wood.

La camera freddissima è la posizione della struttura veramente fuori mano . Da indicare meglio come raggiungerla … io ho fatto una strada (sentiero) pericoloso e da incubo

Das freundliche Personal und der Elephant-Walk waren toll. Die Luxus-Zelte waren gut ausgestattet und man konnte wirklich runter kommen und entschleunigen.

Die Anfahrt ist recht beschwerlich. Man muss 28 km Gravelroad fahren, welche doch teilweise Tiefe Löcher hat. So dass man ca. 1,5 Stunden für die letzten 28 km einplanen muss. Also man kann auch nicht mal schnell wieder irgendwo hin fahren. 😅

Scenery was beautiful once you arrived. Property is also beautiful but needs attention.

Location has lack of appropriatiate maintenance. Was used up through the years. Pool was not usable as not clean. Most of the staff not trained and accommodating.
