Anglesea Motel and Conference Centre

I won't be back..Unit smelt, had windows open to try and air out (cold July afternoon) spabath had high tide mark so not clean. Heatpump didn't go and only 1 blanket in cupboard. Parking, well, wherever you can really. I think the place is an emergency housing facility. Kids running all around carpark, noisy neighbours in other units...Avoid!!

Didn't stay here and still got charged. It smelled horrible and I couldn't breathe and started to wheeze (probably used the strong deodorizer to cover mold). Kids running all over the place. Not sure why it has such a high rating... they must be posting there own.

I accidently booked the wrong day and when I called the staff were very rude and wouldnt help. Not a good way to run a business and poor customer service

A bit dated but clean. Bed was fine. Good location for CBD. Easy walk.

Had everything we needed, clean and tidy, friendly service

The staff were very helpful but the venue is tired and was very noisy with people shouting and slamming doors all hours. We could not stay in our booked unit the first night due to damage to the door by previous occupiers. The staff were very apologetic and ensured the room was repaired early the next morning. Could have done with two arm chairs in the lounge, not very comfortable sitting on a dining chair to relax at night

Not the best if you are a business person looking for a quiet stay. Plenty of small children running around without supervision and it appears some of the guests are more permanent than casual. Was kept awake with music from the next room until after 11.30 p.m. However, the room was well appointed with a large TV and was very clean. Couldn't figure out how to get the air-conditioning to work so lucky it wasn't cold

Nice & handy to everything eg Waikato Stadium, CBD, supermarkets

What was dissapointing about this motel, was inconsiderate tennents, not controlling the children running around the place in the middle of the night, screaming shouting, maybe, some rules set out by your manager, to prevent future disturbances. People sitting in their car all night, drinking alcohol with their car stereo up very loud, not, good for business...

Pleasing stay no complaints.........................
