Showing its age and lack of maintenance. Everything works fine, but dated and knocked about. Needs better comfort bed. Travellers should be told at time of first enquiry that the motel is being used for welfare housing.

Very good. Good service But the shower floor was very slippery

Motor-lodge style property. (Did not seem like a conference center.) Very basic room with full kitchenette. Bathroom shower area is only segregated by a shower curtain. Location is not far from highway. It is quiet. However, the neighborhood seemed to be a little sketchy.

We rented the 3 bedroom spacious apartment with full kitchen and outdoor patio / table area. Unfortunately this unit should not have been rented in the condition it was in. The carpet in bedroom 2 was damp and the room smelt. Curtains broken in kitchen, no shower screen or glass in en-suite, TVs not working, sparsely equiped kitchen. Eg: Advertised for 6 people but only 3 bowls. Told Management and agreed shouldn’t have been rented and all will be fixed before renting again. Requested a partial refund and told Manager will call me? Still waiting.

We ad a 3-bedroom unit which while very spacious, was a little bit tired and could do with a some TLC. There were some interesting aspects of the unit like paper towel dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen and also vanity units in each bedroom as well as having them in the bathrooms. Also despite asking for another access card when we checked-in they only gave us 1 for five people - we had to ask again for another just in case we decided to come back to the unit at different times.

A very warm welcome with freshly ground coffee. The room was spotlessly clean and had the luxury of a huge spa bath. The swimming pool outside could do with some more shade, but is also very nice. And Hamilton CBD really closeby. Loved it! Rachel

Love this place. We were met with a smile for the manager and offered fresh ground coffee for the plunger. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.
