It was great, when we had trouble with our Sky TV we called reception and they were so quick to respond it was great! Great customer service.

"Excellent"

Room was basic but nice and clean. Had difficulty getting TV to work as quite a few of the electrical sockets weren’t working. Also the heat pump was only blowing out cold air and they couldn’t fix it. Not good as temperature was down to 8 degrees.

Very disappointed to be put in a block which housed permanent residents. Children's toys outside your room etc didn't make you feel very welcoming, you felt like you were invading someone's private space.
