Stayed at the Villa. Villa was beautiful, nice layout with a private pool. Nothing negative on this front. However, signs of wear and tear were quite evident with upkeep of the premises lacking. If left unchecked, it will deteriorate further and may not be worth the value staying there in future. Doors misaligned, paint flaking off, furniture chipped etc. The private pool in the villa needs to be repaired badly. Mosaic tiles were missing and my friend's son and mine sustained a cut from the missing tiles. My wife and her friend visited the spa. Highly unprofessional. Air-con was not working well, room was hot and humid, no change of spa clothes, massage was expected to be done in own attire, no change of spa attire provided until demanded. Usually, pre-spa treatment would also entail a food wash or towels to freshen up. Nothing was provided. Service was no better than those street side massage establishments but yet have to pay premium price. Service by hotel staff was excellent. Staff were highly attentive and always ready with a greeting and smile. Issues were attended to promptly. This was the main saving grace. I would love to return on proviso some upgrades and repairs are carried out.

The location is very peaceful loved the villas so spacious and luxurious we stated at the 2 bedroom. Beachfront villa .absolutely fantastic. The staff is very nice. But definitely service and the chk inn counter can be more warm .overall amazing.

The breakfast . It's unlike a resort breakfast very basic and limited breakfast it can be much better .and fresh .

The view, the staff, the location all 5-stars. The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring that every need is meet. This is definitely an amazing resort!

First off the villa is even bigger in person than the photos. It's massive. And when you book a 1 bedroom it's really 2 and they lock the second bedroom door. The 3 bedrooms are right behind you with less of a view. The private pool was nice and good size. It gets dirty often but the cleaning crew does an exceptional job cleaning it. So if you swim right after you're good. Other times questionable from both bugs and random deris from trees. Jacuzzi wasn't hot. I didn't care, but maybe there was a way to heat it up and I didn't notice. Seemed a bit dirty/stained anyway. But you had the tub inside so i didnt care. Outdoor space in general was huge and usable. Bed was pretty comfy. Some level of privacy from bedroom windows but pool windows let in all eyes and no way to fully close all shades there. Kitchen was fine and even had a wine chiller. Odd placement of microwave though. Bathroom was nice and tub was massive. Just a very odd sliding door for toilet and shower. Can't be closed at the same time. For a couple that's fine but for a family maybe not. It's right on a beach with very few people and a 10second walk to the sandy area with live music every night from a lovely singer. I never used the public pool but it looked big and nice. The cleaning service was a big giant team and they cleaned every little pine needle. They did a great job overall.

The main reason for the 7 is the location. It's so so far away from everything in phuket. I started by riding a motorcycle and it was over an hour each way in traffic and extreme heat. Eventually we switched to taxi and it was minimum 1000thb each way or more for standard grab car along with 2hrs of total driving per day. There isn't much to do nearby. A couple convenience stores and restaurants. So just basic needs via 5min on motorcycle. Can't really walk there quickly. And the worst thing was many many tours refuse to pick you up even if you offer 2000+ extra cash. So you end up booking the tour and then pay taxi on top of it and have a longer day. Plus its on you. If youre late with your separate taxi they leave without you. A few times we even double booked hotels in the south to reduce transport times. The location is the incredible downfall. It's such a shame as so many aspects to this villa were amazing. If you want an extremely private trip and never go anywhere then I'm sure you'll love it. The second biggest thing was service. No one helped with bags from taxi to front desk up stairs and steep ramp. I called for room service and they said they'll call back (already odd at 5 star hotel) and then they didn't call. The wifi stopped working half way through the trip and we complained more than once but it never got fixed. The food was also not amazing at dinner. It was fine in a pinch. Breakfast was lacking and never changed. I'd recommend not prepaying and just buy on days you have little time before leaving. Then it's ok. Also the general upkept of the place like cracked glass, mold, missing paint was very evident. Doesn't bother me but I know it will bother other people. I was only bothered by missing chess pieces in the chess set. Also 1 door was unusable it was so stuck. And all the doors in the house like to close and be annoying when walking through the soace.
