Riverview Resort & Conference Center

The room is not that clean. The hotel room needs improvement.

Mice /rats on the ceiling. The room is in very poor condition. No way I’m going to again stay in this hotel.

It took the front desk staff awhile to look for my booking. A little bit of a hassle but after all settled. Pool is ok. Kids had fun.

Great good pleasant cozy terrific nice resort. Nice pool everybody was friendly 👍

No bad , but no roof cover at the mid way from lobby to room. even a short distant, but it is annoying when you facing a heavy rain.

Everything about this place was good. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Looking forward to going back.

could have been worse, not great for a family vacation unless you like to swim a lot

Great experience from start to end. Staff were helpful, informative and friendly. Air con in the room was a bit noisy but when mentioned at reception was fixed by my return to the room that day. To me it is attention to the problem and the response that makes it an excellent review from me. Please note, if you are expecting "western" luxury this place might not be for you, if you want excellent value then book it. Also note it makes money from being a conference centre and so also holds functions / events at the weekend so there may be noise until midnight. I will book it again without hesitation.

So far the services are good and that will be good to have a mini bar to service us during evening

Weather was too good. Overall ambiance was good.
