Riverview Resort & Conference Center

We had a great experience specially my kids enjoyed the pool very much although I personally was disappointed because I thought the pool was hotspring (i booked the resort bec I thought it's hotspring and I was looking forward to an overnight swim) but it was not and just natural spring water. The room was spacious and very clean and what I also like about the resort is that they have affordable meals.

The resort claims that it was awarded as the best in 2004 and 2007. I guess they have fallen off the cliff in maintaining their standards. See my numerical rating. But, the most irritating is that for every use of facilities/services, there is a corresponding fee - even for hot water or extra pillow (the use of billiards, KTV, etc.). Outrageous! Shape up, Riverview Resort. You are in a strategic location, but you won't attract customers with your fee-for-every-service policy.

We booked this facility mostly for location and the rating provided. I'm sure when this hotel was new it must have been very nice. Unfortunately the years haven't been kind and the maintenance seems quite lacking. The room furnishings were very outdated. Even though we booked for 3 persons the only way this hotel can accommodate is to provide a rollaway into a cramped room. Also paying for the 3 person still only provides breakfast for 2.

I will use this hotel whenever I visit Calamba!

not as nice as pictures on website, friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, not a place to go to for a holiday but short break or just over night stay its fine, swimming pool not clean would stay there again if in the area but wouldn't travel far to stay there again

Hotel was nice but the receptionist when we checked-in was not the smartest. She was trying to charge us extra for the extra breakfast when this was already paid.

This hotel was close to the center of Calamba. The pool was nice, although we did notice a frog or two in the pool, which we were alright with. The rooms were quiet and we liked the breakfast selection. The WiFi was a bit spotty and we had to go to the lobby to get any sort of connection.
