Riverview Resort & Conference Center

It is not fair of me to review this motel right now. The typhoon had just come through the area and things were a bit out of order. The pool was unavailable.

The bed was a bit hard, woke up with a sore back. The wifi couldn,t connect even after 15 tries over 12 hours and we were told by the office staff to keep trying as it was a bit slow but after asking the waiter the next morning we were told it was broken and not working. Why would they bother to lie to us? We were there on a Sunday so the water park was full and could not get a seat and the music was loud and thumping into the night, still loud from inside our room.

The hotel did not made good its promise that if booking is done via internet thru expedia or other agency, the room will be upgraded. We booked 2 junior executive rooms however it was not upgraded to Executive room as promised. the rooms smell of dust and it is musty that caused that triggered my daughter's allergy. What is nice about the hotel is its staff who were all helpful. I will however may still recommend this to those who are on a day tour only.

local water attraction used by local people in this town. Not Western style so don't expect Holiday Inn.
