Po pierwsze doskonała lokalizacja: - 15 min piechotą od stacji metra Nuevos Ministerios (linia 8 z lotniska) - 10 min od stacji metra Alvarado (linia 1 jedzie do centrum) Bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa, zameldowano nas bez problemu, chociaż zjawiliśmy się ok. 10 rano (doba hotelowa zaczyna się od 15). Dobre śniadanie w rozsądnej cenie, śniadanie można zamówić na wynos jeśli opuszczasz hotel przed otwarciem jadalni Duży, wygodny pokój a łóżko wręcz ogromne. Na wyposażeniu lodówka i kącik kawowy

Trochę brakuje światła w pokoju, ale to jest taki nastrojowy styl tego miejsca. Jeśli nie zależy Ci na szydełkowaniu wieczorami to nie powinno być problemu. Niestety, taras był nieczynny, ale Hotel poinformował o tym z wyprzedzeniem

La habitación es amplia. El espacio común es moderno.

La habitación olía a tabaco, lo cual era inaceptable. No había jabones en el baño ni en la ducha, así que tuve que pedirlos expresamente a recepción, y tardaron un buen rato en traérmelos. El personal se limita a tramitar el check-in y el check-out, poco más. La habitación tenía tres camas individuales, lo cual era excesivo para una persona, y me sobraba espacio para dejar la maleta en un lugar dedicado. En resumen, pagué 600€ por dos noches que no valieron la pena. Además, el hotel está lejos del metro y de la Renfe.
