Die Lage ist hervorragend – direkt an der Hauptstrasse und nur etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Santiago Bernabéu entfernt.

Als ich eingecheckt habe, war der ältere Herr an der Rezeption leider nicht besonders freundlich. Er wirkte, als hätte er keine Lust, dort zu sein, und kam insgesamt etwas genervt rüber. Zudem war der Pool geschlossen. Dies wurde uns erst 1–2 Wochen nach der Buchung beziehungsweise vor dem Check-in mitgeteilt. Leider gab es weder eine Preisreduktion noch eine andere Entschädigung. Das fand ich sehr schade.

Nice location and everything you can expect for the price

The walls were very dusty near the ceiling. I got an allergic reaction through my stay (I am allergic to dust and the room really triggered it)

"An excellent place to stay overall."

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent, very close to the stadium.

The pool was not operational, even though it was listed during the reservation process and included in the price. However, when we arrived, we were informed that it was under renovation.
