It’s ok place

The room we stayed had bed bugs we notice that 2 days later now we suffering from it

Bellissima posizione vicino la metro è vicino lo stadio del Real Madrid, quindi fantastico

Purtroppo avevo pagato per avere una stanza più grande con letto matrimoniale, c’è stato detto che era tutto occupato nonostante avessimo prenotato, mi è stata data una stanza con due letti singoli uniti, abbiamo dovuto lasciare la stanza il giorno dopo e avere una stanza molto più piccola ma con letto matrimoniale. Questo non è stato molto bello da parte di un hotel così grande di cui sono già stato cliente a Ibiza dove sono stato benissimo e mi dispiace perché per me è uno dei top hotel in cui sono stato.

Air condition was slow. Iron was not usfull at all.

We only stayed at NYX Hotel Madrid for one night, but it was a really lovely experience. The hotel had a great ambience, the location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. We also received a room upgrade, which was a nice bonus. I really liked the bar and lounge area, which was comfortable for relaxing or working, and the free water and fruit available on the floors was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again when visiting Madrid.

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel, which is rare for me. Everything was great during our one-night stay, but parking spaces are limited, so I would recommend reserving parking in advance to avoid expensive or far-away alternatives.

Cama confortável. Funcionários prestáveis. Carregador para carros elétricos. Em tom de ligeira recompensa deixaram-nos colocar o carro no parque na segunda noite.

O quarto é pequeno. A tinta das paredes está a descascar, a cair. Falta de cuidado. Reservei o Hotel pela piscina, quando chegámos estava indisponivel.

La ubicación y el personal, ambos son EXCELENTES.

Están de reformas y hay cosas que escapan a su control, como algo de suciedad de la obra. Las habitaciones son pequeñas.
