When we checked in there where about 200 Kids and they where all the time we stayed extremely loud and nobody cared. Broken Toilette Seat, broken shower, no tv because of no Internet Connection and absolutely no wifi in the room and elevator out of order. Every morning 2 helicopters started in front of our hotel room.And when we asked for room change we had to pay another 150 euros for an upgrated room . But that room was noUpgrate because before we had at least a balcony. The upgrated room had no balcony, no wifi either and it was Dirty in the ground and there were ants in the room. At the end we left the hotel 6 days esrlier after we bought wifi outside at an Internet cafe to book a flight back home. This was the worst hotel ever. And we have been to many many many hotels in our life. This was the most stressful vacation. In the advertisement it was a quiet and nice hotel with free WiFi in the room, clean and a helpful staff. It was completely the opposite.

Beide Nachttischlampen und die Lampe an der Eingangstür waren defekt, da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht hatten war das uns egal

La colazione molto ricca con esposizione ben distribuita da consentire facile accesso alle pietanze personale molto attento e gentile

I due complessi sono collegati da un tunnel che potrebbe essere migliorato alcune volte risultava un po’ un ambiente opprimente

Huge room, clean and modern. The breakfast was spectacular.. custom blend juice bar with excellent ingredients.

I could not arrange a pick up from the train station and had to walk alone with luggage. Wifi did not work in the room or on the balcony.
