From the moment I arrived for check-in, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff. This negative experience persisted throughout the process. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning. It remained out of order until late in the evening, causing significant discomfort. Even when it was finally fixed, the hotel imposed a minimum temperature limit of 22 degrees Celsius, a restriction reminiscent of the pandemic era. Moreover, I faced another inconvenience with the WiFi service. Despite the necessity of internet access for various purposes, the staff did not provide the WiFi password until an hour after I had checked in, adding to my frustration. Amid these issues, there were a few bright spots. Claudio, a member of the staff, was extremely helpful and courteous, particularly in assisting with the handling of our luggage. Additionally, the employees at the beach bar, Abrile and Luna, were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by the conduct of the beachfront staff. They were particularly unaccommodating and unkind to me and my friends. Dominico, in particular, stood out for his poor treatment, which significantly detracted from our enjoyment of the beachfront facilities.

USWe booked the stay for a summer beachside umbrella and we got that exactly.
The food in the on property restaurant is barely edible. The seafood platter was served with uncooked shellfish with the waste products still intact. I nearly vomited when dinner arrived and I realized what was in front of me. The breakfast buffet included with the stay was either undercooked or over cooked. The coffee is served from an automatic machine, the fruit juices are so concentrated that the sugar makes one gag from the sweetness. The breads are clearly made in an assembly line. Nothing about the food experience at this property is worthy of Italy. If you stay here, eat in the town not far away where there are half a dozen better options.
