The downfall of this hotel is the staff. The people behind the reception desk are more interested in scrolling on their phone and gossiping with each other then greeting or helping guests. Housekeeping starts vacuuming at 7h30 which means you can never sleep in because the rooms are definatly not soundproof. I also noticed someone used my skincare which I certainly don’t appreciate. I was expecting an amazing expierence for this price point but unfortunately the hotel did not deliver.

Blocked deposit which doesnt cover extras still havent unblocked my money even though i made check out correctly room is expensive really small price is overestimated doesnt meet requirements and my expectations Food is not fres found in my salad leaking cucumbers and tomatoes without fridgge wo kkknows ow muc days i have canged my order
CAThe staff were incredibly professional. Very attentive. Mostly friendly. Those restaurant staff sure work their buns off, especially the tiny woman who carries all those plates on that huge tray. She never stops moving! The hostess at the front who always wears her sunglasses was very very nice to us. It was a pleasure to see her every meal. She does a great job and works ALOT with long days. The woman who stands near the buffet was so cute and friendly. Very helpful when I was choosing items... Please thank her. The fitness clerk (I can't recall her name, but I talked about nails with her, well she was so lovely. It was nice that she could speak English to me. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were immucalate. And our room was cleaned very promptly when we left which was nice as we returned to a nice clean room for our mid day cool off. We really enjoyed the beach with very good sand, and the cafe by the beach had great bartenders. Very nice and they remembered us every day. If I lived in Italy and not Canada, I would definitely return.
I would have preferred my cappucinio and latte, cafe, to be real and not from an instant machine.. But it was pretty good. I also would have really loved complimentary coffee in our room as we like to have coffee when we wake up and get ready for the day. Having to go down to the restaurant is fine but we would have really loved it if coffee was included in our room as we paid for the half board. I also would have appreciated free water at dinner time. Lastly, we did workout in the gym. We didn't know the footwear rule and the female trainer in the gym could have been a little nicer letting my husband know he needed runners instead of his sandals,instead of yelling at him from across the gym and embarrassing him.
