Gerald is a good host. Good breakfast and great location.

Quaint old building close to everything.

We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs were very difficult for 3 seniors carrying luggage.

Mi familia y yo hemos estado muy bien. El encargado se ha portado con nosotros de maravilla, les prestó a mis hijos un juego de construcción, nos guardó las maletas el último día y ha sido muy agradable, se nota que intenta aportar lo mejor de sí mismo al alojamiento. El alojamiento está justo al lado de la estación de trenes y muy cerca de todos los puntos más representativos de Quebec, la ubicación es muy buena. Los muebles son algo antiguos, pero muy cómodos y las habitaciones muy espaciosas. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y preparado con dedicación.

No tiene ascensor, a nosotros no nos importó porque tenemos un carro de viaje para el mas pequeño, pero es algo que debe saber la gente con problemas de accesibilidad.

Ottima posizione, ho apprezzato la colazione curata e con frutta fresca, bagno moderno e funzionale.

Nella struttura manca l'ascensore, le camere sono un pó datate ma comunque accoglienti e originali. Non c'è aria condizionata centralizzata ma c'è un condizionatore portatile.

Location is the prime benefit of this hotel, breakfast was good, big room with comfortable kitchen and bathroom.

It took a while to get used to the property manager/owner. He initially offended me, to be honest, had it not been my family waiting in the car eagerly to check me in ASAP, I'd have simply walked off the property, and disputed about refund. But eventually, it turned out he is very playful and we got used to him. The place is little rusty, not a typical hotel, but an old building modified to accommodate guests, You'll surely feel like you're living in your old grandparents house but kitchen was newly upgraded.

Loved talking with the host, who was quite the character. Gave us lots of great suggestions of places to see and things to do. We weren't expecting this, but he even provided a selection of gluten free breads / toast for our son, once we told him. Best to notify him in advance if this applies to you. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was terrific. Within walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Others have mentioned this, but the stairs are pretty narrow and steep, so just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Wasn't a problem for us.
