The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The service was the best the staff help to send my lugage to my room. The breakfast provided was the best.

We had the Garden Lodge, this was a good size for a family. Well appointed and serviced. The restaurant is only a short walk for breakfast. View was superb, the summit of Mt Kinabalu can be seen from the front windows (providing there is no fog)... Inside the NP entrance, so you can go for walks easily.

I like the location as it’s very quiet and located inside the Mt Kinabalu Park.

The management might need to check the cleanliness of the kitchen at LIWAGU Restaurant as I saw a big mouse crawling behind the cashier.
