Food terrible

La struttura abbastanza grande

Die Lage des Hotels. Schöner Aussenbereich, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer.

Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Frühstück war mittelmässig, Räumlichkeiten - Restaurant und Bar - ohne Charme. Plastikbecher beim Frühstück, aber das ist glaub überall auf Sizilien so? Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen…

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Abendessen.

Der Föhn ist für Menschen mit wenig und kurzen Haaren geeignet, da sollte man seine eigenen mitnehmen Brot gab es kaum bis keine Auswahl

The view, the sunsets and the walking trail on the cliff

This is a huge, old resort. We closed it even though the score on the website is not particularly high for the water slides for children. But the food was really low. Breakfast and especially dinner are also very disappointing, like a boarding school. The gym was closed in the morning, not sure what the logic was.

The front office was amazing. The young lady (with short blonde hair) I forgot her name was fantastic. She solved our small issue really quickly with a big smile and friendly attitude.

Only one thing was a bit uncomfortable, the kitchen staff (during dinner) wasn't too kind when they realized we didn't speak Italian. 😕 However, it was our second time in the hotel and we will definitely come back .

The view was beautiful

Many of the facilities were closed when we visited at the end of September/beginning of October. The rooms are dated and small. Not much to it. The bathroom needed some serious upgrades as the toilet struggled to flush. The food was decent, but I wouldn’t say the entire stay was worth the money spent.
