Tried to book a triple room. Was told there was only a single room and a double room. Booked both. When I arrived i found 2 rooms with 4 beds in each! What kind of service is this??? Also sewage smell in room, no one came to fix.

WOW, very poor room description. This should be for local families, large groups not two people. This is an all-inclusive resort and that is fine but not for just sleeping. Would not stay here again, would do local B&B. Terrasani is very remote and not much going on and you have to drive to get to town. Would not recommend for two people. the Buffet for breakfast was all processed. Atmosphere not suited for couples. Value was medium, somewhat clean, and you better bring all your own stuff, any extras is ala cart. Noise was quiet, off season. Services none.

We booked a holiday to this hotel through Mistral Holidays based in North Wales. During the first two days we had numerous issues including our room safe would not open, the rain shower was a trickle shower, there was an issue with drinks included as we were all inclusive, and was locked out of the room. The ultimate annoyance was that we used the orange drinks machine that included protein ie dead insects. It is described as a four star hotel. If you are from the UK minimal English is spoken and you have to seek out the staff who have some British language ability. During our stay our tour rep denied that she was the rep and the MD of Mistral who was based in North Wales said she would not have said that. How he knew that from the UK only he knows but due to this psychic ability I suggest that you ask him to let you have this weeks lottery numbers. I give the man credit at least he had the courtesy to reply to my correspondence on day two. We agreed to disagree a lot of the food was cold and we used the microwave to make the food edible. Our room cleaning was very good and we had a local guide called Angela who was brilliant.

Facilities galore! Everything you could ever imagine! Amazing grounds with so many options to choose from. But also a lovely relaxed feel.

Meal time! So noisy Buffet choices great but very busy!

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hygiene was terrible — the room was old, dirty, and full of ants and centipedes. We couldn’t even open the balcony door because more bugs would come in. Both my partner and I got sick after eating the food, and it was especially stressful since we were traveling with our 1.5-year-old baby. The hotel is large, and I have to mention that the reception staff were kind and helpful, but that was the only positive part. We were also told there would be a free shuttle to the beach, but when we arrived, we were informed it’s not available during this season. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es liegt weit abseits von allem – ohne Auto ist das echt ungünstig. Die Anlage ist riesig.

I like the views and cleanliness.

Did not like the food provided or limited restaurants. Beach access is also not very good.

Our experience at CDS Hotel Terrasini in Sicily was extremely disappointing and frustrating! I booked two rooms for three nights for a family vacation, but ended up leaving after just one due to a combination of poor customer service and unacceptable room conditions. We arrived around 8:40 PM and asked about dinner options. We were directed to the buffet restaurant and charged €25 per person, only to discover the buffet was closing at 9:00 PM. The food had clearly been sitting out for hours, and staff were already cleaning up and turning off lights as we tried to eat. It felt rushed and unwelcoming. When we got to our rooms, things got worse. My room had a foul odor in the bathroom, was not clean, and the air conditioning unit was loud and rattling. My daughter and son-in-law’s room next door had similar issues, including bad smells in the bathroom and even on the sheets and pillows. Due to a family emergency, we had to leave early the next morning. I informed the front desk and asked about a refund for the two unused nights. I was told to email the hotel, which I did. Unfortunately, CDS Hotels refused to issue a refund, claiming we hadn’t expressed dissatisfaction with the rooms—despite the fact that we had to leave urgently and were clearly upset. I’ve followed up multiple times via email with CDS Hotel Terrasini and requested contact information for hotel management, but my requests have been ignored. Bottom line: This hotel failed us on multiple fronts—poor food service, dirty rooms, and a complete lack of empathy or professionalism from customer service. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when visiting Sicily.
