We are a group of retirees over 70, visited in Sicily, Italy. We've received a shocking hotel in Palermo - a youth hostel in our opinion, not suitable for our age to get to the room, we have to walk more than a kilometer, with luggage and climb stairs, we did not receive blankets and at night it was very cold, and the air conditioner did not work. The mattress is very hard and not suitable for sleeping, without any minimum equipment of even half a star. The food was terrible

"Worst experience. Avoid if possible"

It was the worst place I've ever stayed in. Really inedible breakfasr cold eggs. and bacon swimming in pil disgusting cold coffee Poor selection of fruit. Really uncomfortable beds freezing cold swimming pool. Poor service in general. Spa out of order place is a dump. No entertainment in the evening I would really advise to give this place a skip. Terrible
