The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The rest of the hotel was nice and okay breakfast. Nice staff.

Our room had a few maintenance issues that we felt like we should share. Not huge problems for us, but it might be for some travelers. The bathtub drain plug wouldn't hold up in the drain position, so the water remained in the tub. Not very pleasant. Also the toilet seat was loose and needed to be tightened down. The movement of this toilet seat is bothersome, especially for the elderly. We love staying at your hotel, and will do so again, as we travel through Center frequently, but we hope these little maintenance items will be repaired. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

Thank you so much for a awesome experience with our stay. I took my 2 granddaughters for a new years slumber party and we had a awesome stay. The room was great and we loved it. Comfortable beds and nice and clean.

Greeted by Shannion, a very personable, professional, kind, and attentive associate. Shannion gives you a nice welcoming. Room on the third floor was clean and quiet. Large suite with refrigerator, microwave, and television with many channels. Breakfast is a rotation of hot meats, eggs, potatoes, and biscuits / gravy. Breakfast hostess, Brandy, is friendly and helpful. She multi-tasks throughout the morning to ensure that the buffet is fully stocked. Cookies every afternoon are provided in the lobby. Hotel is located across the street from fast food and near Walmart.

This property is struggling to meet basic expectations of a Hilton property. The lack of hot water and their failure to respond was the biggest problem. I reported that there was no hot water in my room and there was no concern or follow up. I had a mildly warm shower the next morning.

Great hotel.

There was no one at the front desk multiple times. We only had 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths in our room. We were only staying the night, however, there were two of us. Therefore, we had to reused our towels the next morning.

Zero Wi-Fi!!!!

Great hotel for the price

Housekeeping did not come into the room to make the bed, take out trash or change out the towels. This is because of COVID. But the staff did hand us fresh towels each morning and we emptied the trash and made the bed ourselves. The complimentary breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were very nice but never offered w ith bacon or potatoes. Eggs and grits? No. Manager Shannon was warm and helpful. Thanks to all!
