"Horrible Customer Service"

Didn’t receive the Hilton Honors treatment here!!! Did not feel welcomed………… This experience has the Hilton brand looking bad. I think customer service should be the same at every Hilton property regardless of the location!!!

We stayed only one night with our rescue dog (Staffordshire) This hotel is a dog friendly, specially at the front desk. We loved the way she welcomed us and our dog. Breakfast was good and we had he opportunity to taste “Texas” in a delicious warm waffle shape, everything was clean.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. Room was clean when requested. Extra Towels was brought to my room when needed. Breakfast was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

"Not very good"

Room a/c did not cool the room. Called the desk but no one answered. Finally the a/c kicked on, but only cooled for 45 mins then back to just fan. All floor material was sticky from some residue.
