The toilet paper holder was broken, only had one towel, room cleanliness was lacking

Nice large room that was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping does a great job. Checked in by Megan who was nice. Wendy at the front desk multi-tasks to make your stay perfect. Breakfast host ensures that buffet items are replenished frequently. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available 24/7. Many television stations for selection purposes. Blackout curtains and many pillows for restful sleep. Business center is available.

Excellent services, clean smell good. The breakfast on Saturday was awesome.

We arrived at the hotel at 2pm after traveling 350 miles. We were tired. We know check in is at 3pm but thought we would inquire about the possibility of an early checking in. We were treated quite rudely. No one bothered to check to see if our room might be ready. We were told they do not ALLOW early check in. We were so appalled by the poor customer service that, although our room was guaranteed, we decided not to stay at your facility. There are plenty of hotels to choose from and we have never encountered this lack of courtesy upon checking in before. In the future - yours will be the last on our list. To be clear - it's not that our request was refused. It was the manner in which it was refused. We did not try to check in at NOON. It was 2pm. Surely some of your rooms had to be available - but no one bothered to even check. If this is in fact your company policy, it is not in line with your competitors.

I want to start by saying, I visit Joaquin 1-2 times a year to visit my mom. This was the first year I was able to bring my pup along with me. There is only one hotel in Joaquin and they are NOT pet friendly but lucky for us this Hampton was! Me and my pup had a great stay, room was nice and clean, the hotel all around was clean and I especially like that on one side is a field I was able to let my dog run around and do her business. So all future stays will definitely be here at the Hampton in Center! Also the lady who worked Sunday 8/28 is an angel, and was the most kind lady I’ve ever experienced when I’ve stayed at any hotel anywhere, so genuine!
