The Luang Say Residence

The rooms were big and spacious. The grounds were beautiful.

On booking they said they had free airport transfers. Not only did they not honor this but when we tried to contact them we got no response. On booking they, also, stated that the onsite restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant was not open for dinner. There were some stains on some of the furniture.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.

Free of cost shuttle bus times to village center and back to hotel limited in between 17:00 to 20:30 or by addition fee per person of 5 USD per way. There is free of charge bicycle services available however that is not convenient for everyone. Shuttle bus need to be requested over line or what’s up. Response or confirmation needs to be improved. We waited for pick up at airport for more one hours and just when local person called the hotel we got confirmed that bus is on the way. We had another insufficient response for village to hotel return shuttle bus request where we after multiple requests received a confirmation.

Nice hotel. Wifi was a big problem in my room with poor service.

The breakfast and the service and The turn down service The bed is also very comfortable, which can quickly make me relax and fall asleep quickly.

The pool water temperature was too high otherwise every things are fine especially the staffs and manager they are very professional, the only thing that needs to be done is cool down the pool water
