Theodora Suites - Adults Only

Hot tub was dirty, breakfast was not good. Wall was blocked by the wall so had to stand out on the stairs. Won’t recommend it unless it’s less that 500.

Lovely hosts at Theodora. We stayed in the petite suite, which was has a fun, creative loft layout to maximize the petite unit. The location of the suite has amazing views, perfect for catching the infamous sunset from the private roof patio.

The view is spectacular!

Staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful. View from the balcony was breath taking. Only thing was we couldn't figure out the temperature on the shower so we didn't really have hot water, but that was fine after we were out in the heat all day.

Excellent location

Amazing sunset views right from the balcony suite, excellent location to be at, few steps from Amoudi Bay. Helpful staff. Elena helped us with information about tours, places to visit, where to eat, etc. Place was clean when we arrived and staff kept it that for all our stay.

I would recommend staying here to anyone staying in Oia. The rooms are very large and spacious. The staff are excellent and VERY accommodating and the VIEWS ARE STUNNING. I will be sending ALL my family and friends here when they visit Greece. You will not be disappointed!

Views are amazing and we had the volcano view but few niggles like breakfast need sorting.

We got the grand suite with volcano view. This is a tricky one. First thing lovely place to stay and lovely owners who helped us get some amazing photos. The actual room was absolutely stunning and impressive cave and the view from the balcony near our jacuzzi of the domes was amazing and you can see many people waiting for photos in this area. They had organised a taxi pickup for us which we paid for and had someone to meet us when we got towards the hotel who kindly helped with baggage and showed us to the room and to the reception. I would strongly recommend taking them up on this otherwise you will for sure struggle to find this if you haven’t been there before as Oia is at multiple levels and you would struggle on google map. The things which however we didn’t like was there were quite a few things broken or just not to full standard I would’ve hoped for £400 a night room. For example several sockets were broken or not functioning which was a little annoying especially when near bed. Other things were air vent grills were broken/loose - so fall off when you pass by them. One of the worst things was the bed itself felt solid and not comfortable at all and same with the pillows - we did struggle to rest well on these at times. We were slightly disappointed that we didn’t get the best jacuzzi from the photo which is closest to the domes with the best views considering we had paid for the most expensive room in the hotel.
