"Perfect lunch"

We stumbled on this place as it was just round the corner from our holiday cottage, and we had just had a bad experience elsewhere. We were lucky! The staff were awesome and the food menu was just what we wanted for a light lunch. We chose all 5 starters plus a side of fries and it was all excellent. Would not hesitate to return

"Discriminative Pub"

We walked into the pub and immediately the barmaid wasn’t impressed with us for no reason at all. She asked for our ID’s which was totally acceptable, but as soon as my friend showed hers she wouldn’t allow it. My friend is from Jersey (ENGLISH channel island ) and the barmaid proceeded to tell her that she wasn’t allowed to be served because she wasn’t from the ‘UK’. This is totally discriminative and will very much not be returning. Why on earth would anyone want to attend a discriminative pub? Do not recommend

"I’d return 5*"

I really enjoyed this hotel. I stayed with work, we got fed up with the purple hotel chain (you know who) so stayed here. I so liked the comfy bed. Room was a nice temperature for me and the bed was comfy. Three of us for work ate very well and all had clean plates, not a morsel left. Staff were SO friendly especially the tall barman who served us. Rooms clean, lots of tea coffee and biscuits and toiletries. I would definitely return
