The Bosun's Chair

Wow what a wonderful place to stay this is !!! It had been recommended to us sometime ago and finally we were able to get to stay.. A fantastic recommendation which we would pass on to anyone reading this review. We could find no fault and loved every minute from arrival until we left. Every single member of staff is to be complemented. The room was exceptionally well appointed, clean and comfortable home from home. The food was delicious especially the breakfast. Simple added touches like fresh milk being available in the room on request, high quality toiletries all make this place extremely good value for money. We will be back !

The staff are great and vey welcoming - the room was great, very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice and well presented. Nice central location. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Lymington. Thanks to everyone at the Bosuns Chair

We booked a short break in Lymington at short notice and were pleased with this pub with rooms. It is only a few minutes walk from the town centre where you can find many restaurants. It has a good sized free car park and is also near the railway station. Our room was fine with a large bathroom with a full sized bath.

Lovely room and great breakfast

The room was lovely, very clean sheets and towels although we noticed the the mirrors were dusty. Bathroom was very small and could do with updating but overall a very nice place to stay.

Friendly staff, good accomodation nice pub

Thank you for a fantastic stay, all your staff were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The location is fabulous, 5 minutes walk to the high street but so quiet, we’ve stayed on the high street before and it was noisy. So a great nights sleep and our dog was not disturbed. Plus the bed and pillows are super comfortable, I want to know where to buy those pillows. Nice big bath towels too. The standard of the breakfast was quality, eggs cooked to perfection and lovely fresh ingredients. Finally, great outside space and parking. We will be back 😃

I stayed one night to attend a course in Lymington. Great staff, lovely atmosphere and a good nights sleep and the breakfast was awesome!
