Staff were wonderful... rooms nice size...nice tub in bathroom + shower! Elevator...yes!!!!

Mitchell, at the front Desk, was wonderful ... Excellent English which was helpful ... So helpful in every way ... Complete patience. Cocktails to the room with no additional cost for the service. Lounge are beautifully delightful.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2015 for two nights and chose it due to its location in the centre of Dinan to attend a family function. The hotel is quirky at best and has no air conditioning. It was just about bearable for a September stay but I dread to think what it would be like in the summer months. Despite asking for a quiet room we were placed in a room where we could hear the church bells chime every fifteen minutes from 07.00 and hear the general activity outside the hotel. The hotel was very expensive for the basic room rate, everything else is extra, including breakfast and parking so we ended up paying well over EUR300 for the two night stay. We would definitely not stay at this hotel again which is a shame in some respects as it is in a great location and the staff couldn't do enough for us. However, I f you do stay here we hope that you don't have the same experience we did. In particular, we hope you don't encounter the hotel owner who parked in our allocated and paid for space and we had to wait for 20 minutes for him to be found to move his car and didn't even have the good grace to apologise.

Not as impressed as we could have been considering the price of the room. Breakfast was an expensive 12 euros each extra! Had stayed in prettier, cheaper B&Bs during our trip where a huge breakfast was provided so we were disappointed with the service for the price of this hotel.

This hotel delightfully exceeded our expectations and far exceeded its star rating. Dinan itself was delightful with an A+ rating for Purcell Restarant. Arvor is in a perfect location, is very stylishly renovated, with an excellent breakfast. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable.

This hotel was in an ideal location in a very charming Medieval town. Easy walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. It was also easy to access the lovely waterfront area with its bars and restaurants and water activities. Overall a good hotel in a lovely convenient location.

Most intereting town, get yout Mont St Micheal tickets at TI and avoid the queues

Location: brilliant 10 steps & you are in town with all the restaurants n shops. Rooms: very qaint in the very french style, cosy& quiet. Staff: went out of their way to make our stay perfect in every way. The owner of the hotel even drove us to a nearby town rathern than having us walk

Town fantastic lots to do and see. One thing missing in hotel was the basic tea/coffee making facilities,, unfortunately not the hotels fault, we had the loudest ever seagulls ( there chick had fallen into a garden opposite our room) they never shut up the entire atay
