"Great!"

Sarah made our visit great! She is so helpful and professional! Would recommend this hotel just for the experience Sarah provided to us! She went above and beyond to help my husband with the tv that wasn’t working. She saw it was fixed quickly. She was very friendly to our dogs! All around great experience!

"The building and the icemaker in the room did not."

Besides having to pay $800 a night for a Candlewood suites, the first room we got, the air conditioner didn’t work. Second room we got had no hairdryer and none was available from the front desk. There was no ice

"Your Reservation May Be Worthless Here"

When I was about to depart Memphis on my way to the New Orleans area, on the morning of the day we were going to begin our 7 day stay, someone from the hotel called me to inform me that we would not be able to check into the handicap accessible room that I had reserved, because it was not available. This was despite the fact that I had phoned the property the previous week to confirm the booking and the specific room type. I require a walk-in shower. I could have managed a one night stay, but a week? No way. I was forced to find alternative accommodations the first day of a week-long stay in an extremely popular travel destination. The only way it could have been worse is if they hadn't called me and waited until I showed up to check in.

"This was the worst place I stayed at"

If I could give this place a negative review they would have a -10 the housekeeping is nasty if I put my towels outside the door and it’s not the day to clean the room they didn’t change the towels they don’t have washers or dryers they have roaches not one but plenty the comforters are thin as hell. The water does not get hot.Stains on sheets.
