Best hotel ever😀😀😀 If you want to spend time three -I can recommend IT👍 Wonderfull view and nice food. People nice and kind. If you want to have fun jest come here and enjoy. Me and my daughter where here for 7 days and we spend wonderfull time here

We stayed as a family and had a great time! The water park was a hit with our kids, and the animation team kept them entertained every day. The hotel was busy, especially at reception — a good sign that many people love this place. Food was varied and fresh. Highly recommended for families with children!

Great hotel , friendly staff, good food. Location great quality. Very clean. Atmosphere nice, entertainment nice traditional dancers. Good children swimming pool, splash pools. Rooms were clean and tidy, room attendance were lovley and helpful. Reception staff were helpful and friendly . Great value olfor money.

Amazing hotel. Please ignore the negatives and just have a fab time. The food is great. The beer is cold, the staff are so friendly. We have had an amazing holiday and cannot fault the level of service from all the staff. The animation team are an absolute credit to the hotel and deserve a huge shout out. We had pleasant stay, stuff very friendly, food and drink very good. Room was nice spacious and cleaned everyday. Excellent choice of swimming pools, snack bar etc. We would like to give our appreciation to one of the staff member Mr Hamidul Husen for being attentive friendly and for looking after us at the meal times. Maybe if guests would tip more that could encourage other working staff to be more approachable. Anyway we are definitely coming back next year! Highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely loved my stay! The beach was stunning—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The pool area was beautiful with plenty of loungers and a great swim-up bar. The spa was a real highlight—peaceful and luxurious, with amazing massages. Everything was spotless, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A perfect escape!!!

Bathroom services were 2 stars. Bed was uncomfortable

Looks a lovely hotel from the pictures, just doesn’t rate the 5 star. The buffet restaurant was awful so many flies all over food disgraceful, breakfast was a fight to get to anything, children running around everywhere even fell over one. There was a lot of choice aimed at German / Eastern European clientele. There was a very good pizza bar at lunch time with food covered and cooked fresh. The drinks on offer weren’t very good at all, they just expect you to pay a lot more for a better drink. Would not go back to this place.

We spent 6 nights there me, my husband and our 3 years daughter. Room attendant didn’t change our sheets not even once, no mattress and no pillow protectors, towels very bad conditions , wardrobe full of dust. Bathroom cleaning not too good, shower head broken we inform reception and they sorted after 3 days. Reception stuff are the worse, do not expect to be treated with respect, they don’t speak to much english and they don’t pay attention if you have a problem, they ignore you totally when they supposed to be there for you. As for facilities, clean pools, nice beach, huge variety of food. I would recommend this hotel only if you are ready to have no complains during your stay no matter what. Hospitality Industry it is all about creating a good experience for guests so english is necessary and reception staff definitely need a proper training and good attitude.

In swimming zone in the ocean was small spots with algae and i dont really like to swim on it or even step on it. if the algae weren't there, that's it for me 5 stars but because of the algae is only 4.
