Aria Claros Beach & Spa Resort – All Inclusive

First time in Turkey and I loved it.. We had a wonderful holiday... Everything is good the food the cocktails and the atmosphere we liked the most the fire show.. Thank you all

fantastic family resort and amazing entertainment. staff realy made the week special shout out to lina and talha who went the extra mile , stayed for a week pleanty to do on site and hotel was very clean.

We have had a lovely time at Aria claros resort. What really makes this hotel is the animation team who work tirelessly and come around and build relationships with the guests. Special shout out to Leena, Bob and Talha 🩷

The good, the bad, and the ugly! The good - loads of sunbeds and beach is very nice. View of ocean from family sea view room is stunning. Room itself was ok, bit dated and cleanliness is not the best (don’t look under you bed you will cry!) aircon in room was good once it had been on a while. The bad - it’s never a 5 star. If you are expecting a five star you will be disappointed. It’s barely holding a 4, probably a high 3 if I’m honest. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to leave the hotel you will need transport to get anywhere. Food is very average. Children’s options are terrible so if you have picky eaters for kids you will struggle for sure. Cleanliness of restaurant isn’t great it feels like you’re eating in a canteen. Huge queues could form at times for food in both restaurant and snack bars but it’s to be expected I suppose with the huge amount of guests. Beer is decent enough, cocktails are pathetic. Snack bars are average as well. The pizza in the pices bar is the best thing, although the guy that cooks it looks at you like you are a thief if you take more than one piece. Air con in the hotel is none existent, be prepared to sweat as you eat. The grounds of the hotel are completely dated and rough around the edges. It needs a darn good revamp. The entire site is built on a hill. You will have calves like a body builder by the end of it. If you are disabled this definitely is not a hotel for you!! There is a shuttle bus that stops by, and also little buggies you can call for to pick you up but it’s not always convenient to wait for them. The ugly - the sheer amount of people that do not have or understand basic common courtesy. I have never stayed anywhere as bad as this for poor manners. People don’t know what queuing is, they literally push into a waiting line without a care in the world. The really ugly - the life guards at the pool (or lack of) are an accident waiting to happen. There is no life guard in the smaller of the two pools all day, and between 12-1300 hours all the lifeguards go for lunch! as we all know, no one drowns at lunch time. The lifeguards on the slides spend most of the day on their phones scrolling instagram and not even looking at the pool. It will be a miracle if something serious doesn’t happen here.

We love Turkey for holiday at all, as we are choosing 5* hotels (as it is once a year). However here that was the reason to say no more again. We had family suite in "hill village" nearby the hotel. The room was quite old fashion, but ok, however only one big bed (really noisy) and 3 "small sofa beds" (really not stable and comfortable also for children) as extra beds. The biggest issue is cleaning as the ground of rooms was not wipe for really long time and huge dust under the bed. We tryied to claim on reception as well as we are 5 persons but only 4 towels (claimed first and second day of stay) - was solved 7th day of stay ;). No any positive feedback as was full and all family rooms quality same based on receptioner (anyway, the age average on almost all hotel staff is around 20 years only!). Also no any water delivery to suite for full week as only 4 bottles on the start (we have to keeped from restauration). To come suite from the beach is really hilly as weel as other movement in hotel complex, you can use shuttle or walk as after 2 days of complaints was finally ok. The food and dring was quite ok, no problem to choose, also fishes was sometimes on the offer, but air conditional missing in restaurant - really hard not to be sweat as 40 degree almost outside. The lot of queues as full season, although some unused food delivery spaces in restaurant was questionar. The beach was really nice, the sea is super great (not so much waves, clear view, fishes around). You can do lot of activities with animation team, whose are fully ok. Does not understand the tobogan world, which is getting old, but still super funny, however the lifeguard not allow you to stay at the edge of the pool in water as you are waiting for children - have to stay out of the pool on sun - really crazy. Also no any cleaning of sunbeds was shocked in 5* star hotel as many many small things around. Great work of gardeners. Final humor as everywhere Covid19 alert boards in 2025 - really?! Summary - great area, nice sea and beach, but bad management of hotel, cleanless everywhere - in case of 3 or 4* we can discuss, but the price should be less then..

Deeply disappointing – far from a 5-star experience We stayed at Aria Claros Beach Resort in July 2025, as a family with two young children (aged 2 and 8), expecting a relaxing all-inclusive holiday. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had in a 5-star hotel. 🧹 Cleanliness was extremely poor: Our room had cobwebs and spiders upon arrival The air smelled unpleasant and stale The baby cot was broken and unsafe The bathroom had visible mold, dirt, and rust Toilets in the public areas were dirty and poorly maintained 🍽️ The food was repetitive, basic, and often cold. Long queues at mealtimes were common No clear options suitable for small children Flies were constantly around the food area, which raised serious hygiene concerns Plates and cutlery were often dirty ☕ The coffee provided was undrinkable, unless you paid €6–8 for a proper cup – which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive service. 🐭 The most shocking moment was seeing mice near the edge of the main pool, in the overflow drainage area. This is a serious hygiene and health concern that made us feel unsafe and disgusted. 🧼 After several complaints, a cleaning team was sent to our room for a so-called "deep clean", which helped remove the spiders, but the overall standard remained far from what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. ✅ On a positive note, the beach and natural surroundings are beautiful, and some staff members were kind and apologetic. But the core issues – poor hygiene, disorganized service, lack of food options for families – made our stay stressful and uncomfortable. ❌ Conclusion: This hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating, especially for families with small children. It needs serious improvements in management, hygiene, and customer care. We do not recommend staying here.

Good food and drinks , big hotel and lovely hotel staff. Lovely weather at the time aswell so was very enjoyable for us as a couple

I visited hotel at the beginning of June. The season just started. It was visible on the selection of the food. First few days was a bit limited, but at the end got much better. At the end it was a pleasant stay. Food was average, but room was clean and beach was great, also aquapark for the kids was great.
