Worst hotel I have stayed at in a while. Music was too loud and played until 12:30am. Our door to outside didn’t shut and had a one inch gap. No blankets on the bed. Pillows too soft.
Property in great location to beach, further from town than thought for eating out, outside chairs, room furniture and handles in shower broken/missing. Also, lots of kids jumping in and diving in hot tub made it uninviting.
Didn't like loud live music until Sunday 2:00 am, cold pool and jacuzzi not clean nor warm enough .
Great place! We booked very last minute and the prices were good! Staff was very nice! I only have 2 complaints.... the 1st is that the walls are paper thin and i could hear everything in the hallway and rooms next to us. Second is that the complimentary breakfast was not it. The served eggs and beans.... the eggs wete supposed to be sausage eggs but i guess they ran out and just served plain eggs. .. housekeeping was amazing, they cleaned out room daily.
Bed sheets were old and dirty with stains which I did not expect in Bestwestern hotels.
This property may not be the Hilton, but its super close to the beach, has a great restaurant and bar. Is close to old town and Wrecked at the Reef. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool is beautiful and the hot tub is just right, if you feel chilly. The price is right. This is my go to choice in Puerto Penasco!

Great location the food was amazing. Water pressure wasn’t the best and we did try to get a couple more towels since the water from the shower ended up everywhere and were told no the area where they serve breakfast needs to be bigger we had to wait to sit and it was very crammed with people
