Pool area is very nice
Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and we loved how close the beach was. Unhappy with the service as far as no clean available towels when asked multiple times. We asked for extra pillows, was promised and never received. We didn't have water 2x times during our 3 day stay for about 30 min at a time.

Beds had dead bugs under them, restroom handle was broken, very humid in the bathroom, weird they had use wear brackets to be there but their security guards are partying rather than protecting

Habia una enorme cucaracha en mi habitacion. No hicieron limpieza cuando lo pedimos y no nos dieron toallas para la piscina por que ya no tenian.. De todo lo demas estaba bien para su precio!
