Great customer service
I paid for the “newer bigger room” and the AC did not work. I called front desk and they already knew, they said they couldn’t fix it. I was asked if I could be placed in their smaller room with Ac, but at the same price. The room was old and carpet was dirty. Not staying there again

Nice convenient beach.
The hotel is very dated in decor but it is mostly clean. I was charged $219 in "additional fees" which is outrageous. I complained but was denied any refund. Be very careful booking this place because the hidden fees are terrible and make it not worth the stay.
It was a nice hotel in a good location
While we loved the food and service at that attached restaurant, the band was so loud from 9:30-1:00am that it felt like they were performing inside our room. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was the best part.
