Had an amazing stay in their deluxe apartment. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Our sleeps were very comfortable. Check in and check out was perfect with the staff at reception being extremely professional. Special mention to Matthio who helped us with our check out when our plans were delayed due to the rain. Highly recommend this hotel!

Deluxe apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. It rained the morning we were supposed to check out so the staff allowed us to stay a little longer so we could wait for the weather to improve. Special thank you to Mathio at reception for his excellent service. Highly recommend this place!

We were given a large semi-basement flat which was modern and clean with a good bathroom and a small kitchen equipped with a basic set of utensils. We found this very comfortable and satisfactory. Be aware that rooms 6 to 9 overlook the ramp to the underground garage. We left the window open at night and there was a lot of banging and crashing going on (refuse colllection etc) from about 4am; this didn't bother us but it might some. Come prepared for night-time visits from mosquitoes! It wasn't really practical to self-cater due to the very limited range of kitched equipment and the lack of a dining table: this wasn't a problem for us as we weren't planning to anyway. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is in a residential area with a good range of local shops and restaurants. Ten minutes away are the bus stops with frequent services 101 (city) and 806 (Marbello Beach recommended). You'll need to buy bus tickets in advance from tobacconists (only). There is a local train station but it's not much use, with services to the city main station every half hour. We found this a very convenient base for our holiday in this lovely city.

It may not be in the main city center but this place was awesome. We had an apartment with a kitchen. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and totally filled with locals and not tourists. Everyone at the Marbela was very friendly. Our favorite thing was hitting the local shops in the evening and cooking awesome meals for our 2 little kids. The train station is literally right by and was an easy way to get to town, about 20 to 30 mins by train, don't forget to validate your ticket!. If you want to live like a local this is the place to be.

The room was spacious with a large balcony , the overall cleaniness was good except we found one blanket was dirty on the inside , we love the full size fridge , the staff were friendly and helpful , the location was in a local area not touristy so if you want to live like a local is good , love the supermarket and the orient express restaurant next to it .
