Tanta polvere sul muri sopra la testata del letto....e odore di chiuso in camera....per il resto ok. Per chi soffre di allergie, come me, purtroppo non puo' dormire.

The hotel/apartments are out of the centre, but very good access via the Metro and <15 minutes to all the buses on Libertate Av. Light meals are easily catered for with 2 supermarkets close by. We used public transport for touring and walked a lot. The woman on the desk was excellent !

Great staff, room was spacious and clean. Not far from centre of Palermo with restaurants, bars and sight seeing. Also, very close the the football stadium if you're in town to catch a game. Would recommend for a a friends or family trip.

The apartment was spacious with good facilities & comfortable beds. However, there was only a mirror in the bathroom, would be very useful, & there was definitely sufficient space, to have a mirror in the bedroom or even in the very spacious wardrobes. The hotel staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. If you choose the Marbella Residence be prepared for a half hour walk to the centre or you can get on the fairly frequent bus into town (bus stop 15 minute walk away). Although the buses do stop quite early in the evening, by 10.30 pm. Good value for money.

Very Good hotel. Very good service and good quality. Very Quiet. The hotel to have to go when you come to Palermo. Breakfast in a restaurant and very good. Only one word to resume: Perfecto. Parking safe and garded for your car.

Very modern apartment with sliding doors which create a division between the kitchen/dinning area and the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Well kept and very clean. Wi-fi connection is weak in apartment but works well in lobby area.

We stayed at spacious two-bedroom, 4-bed apartment with bathroom, kitchen, and two balconies. Staff was extremely friendly and let us check out late. Secured parking was in front of the residence. One minute walk to a supermarket and walkable distance to the city center with shops, gelato places and restaurants.

We had a two-bedroom apartment with 4 beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies, one very big. It was very clean, spacious and functional. Staff extremely friendly, we asked for a late checkout snd left at noon. Secured parking in front of the hotel. Walkable distance to a supermarket, city center, shops and restaurants.

Breakfast, although not a wide selection, was great. The staff was really nice and they really work with you. When we first checked-in, staff didn't speak English, but we just used google translate and it was easy from there. In our room, the view from our balcony was beautiful. It was at a very convinient location. The place itself was just gorgeous. The only thing I didn't like was that there was weak internet connection and no hot water after the first time I showered.
