Large room and plenty of parking

They charge for parking when booking through booking.com but not if you book direct. This was a further £18 for 2 cars and is not made clear when booking. Evening menu is misleading and when I pointed to a meal they gave me an even larger meal and charged an extra £9 saying I said the large meal. I didn’t even know there was a further meal then the one advertised that I was pointing to… the staff were not interested and insisted on me paying the extra, despite having several drinks which clearly made them profit…

I would say the room and facilities were satisfactory. Evening meal and breakfast were good.

It was satisfactory but the room was a little tired looking - tiles cracked on bathroom floor. I could not get the temperature of the shower down to a level that was not boiling! My colleague had similar issues with her shower so not an isolated room issue. I would worry if children were using the bath/shower. I did report this but not confident that anyone was really going to check?? Would be good if it was clearer that parking is charged at £9 per night if you book your stay through a third party but free if you book direct with Drayton Manor.

It was okay but could really do with some modernisation. We came from NI so we’d happily pay more for a more modern set up!

The outdoor play park could be better. The rooms could be modernised a bit. The air con wouldn’t let me reset or change it which was a bit ridiculous given the price of the room!

Staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was an issue. Surprisingly they were fantastic about it when my 3 years old scribbled on the wall with crayons and said it was no issue

Immaculate hotel , rooms immaculate perfect for families. Breakfast was beautiful including continental and English breakfast. Arcade perfect not too big . All members of staff are so welcoming and friendly from the cleaners to front desk outstanding job.

Me and my other half stayed in a presidential room and by brother and his family stayed in the Viking themed rooms. This was to celebrate my niece’s joint birthday who are 3 and 7 so we went stay and play. Overall I had a super amazing time. The park wasn’t overly busy and in two days we got on all the rides we wanted and looked around the zoo. Good to see health and safety was strictly adhered to. The park is what it is, onto the hotel review… The presidential room exceeded my expectations. HUGE! Separate bath and shower. Bed was 2 singles pushed together which some don’t like, but I’m ok with. All very clean. Small fridge, hairdryer, bathrobes, kettle, iron and ironing board, welcome tray with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. One thing that I didn’t like was that the shower gel and moisturiser bottles were rusty. I wouldn’t expect to see this is a Travleodge let alone a presidential room in a decent hotel! It devalued the feel a little and would not be difficult nor expensive to replace or clean. We pre booked the 2 course evening meal. It was decent for the money paid and exceeded my expectations. It seems the later you go the quieter it is though. Breakfast was a standard affair. Nothing exciting and nothing to complain about. A tip is to definitely bring your own picnic for the day and maybe some snacks and drinks for the room as on-site they are very expensive. And a decent poncho for storm force as you do get very wet! Overall, had a wonderful time and I will be back.
