Drayton Manor Hotel

We always love staying here, it's a beautiful hotel and always comfy and clean, the staff are always on hand to help and the evening disco for the kids is always fantastic.Thw good is absolutely beautiful. We had an evening meal and breakfast.

We got a little bit cold in the room as the heating is set to a certain heat, so asked at reception about it and they turned our heating up in our room so was all sorted in the end

Quite clean and spacious, with a luxury feel to rooms. Very nice staff. Easy access to theme park. They offer a £5 gift voucher if you don't get your room cleaned during stay, which is a nice perk (I prefer not having cleaners in while I'm there anyway). Free breakfast was decent, though not amazing.

Window was broken in my room, so couldn't close it. Staff member tried unsuccessfully, and said they'd have to arrange maintenance the next day (I'm not aware that this actually happened, and I was eventually able to close it myself, but almost jammed my finger in the process. This is quite dangerous, considering it's a child-friendly place). Food for dinner was terrible. I spent almost £50 just for myself and got an undercooked pizza with way too much cheese on it, so I couldn't even finish a single slice. It was so bad I couldn't even look at it, and in retrospect I should've sent it back. Another night I got Mac and cheese with chicken, but they didn't give the chicken. Starters were good, and desserts, but I'd go somewhere else for dinner if this is their standard. Other guests with me were also unhappy with their meals (burnt burgers, etc). Extremely poor. Everywhere was very clean, but sheet had a blood stain on it, and the mattress itself needed a good vacuum, especially around the edges (lots of dirt).

I am utterly disgraced by the Drayton manor hotel restaurant. Cheap frozen food, i had hair in mine! Looked and tasted like it was made of plastic. Avoid avoid avoid!
