"Weekend stay"

Our room was clean, the staffs was pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast as there was plenty of options . The kids loved the playground.

We booked for 4 people in 1 room. It contained 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. We were due to stay for 2 nights. The only thing I did not like is we was given 2 bathing towel to use for our stay.

Perfectly positioned for our visit to the park and the children’s entertainment on the evening was a super bonus! The breakfast was great and dinner was very tasty 😊

Nothing I can think of, this was our second stay and won’t be our last

"Great value for money for our last minute stay"

Hotel was very quiet as park was closed. The room was very cold on arrival and air con not much good. The breakfast was excellent.

Male receptionist was a little abrupt.

"Very friendly and great service."

From the time we arrived, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Throughout our stay, everyone was most helpful and accommodating. Nice area and convenient for Birmingham and the surrounding areas. There's a certain Golf hotel not far away that could learn a great deal from this hotel's approach. This will be my choice for my next business trip.

"Would never stop again"

The property is great for if u want to be by Drayton manor The reception staff were great

We have stayed twice. The rooms are grubby, beds are very uncomfortable and rooms are super out dated. TV’s are so old I thought I needed glasses to watch. Thomas themed rooms are a complete rip off. The 10.15 check out is also a joke
