Drayton Manor Hotel

The breakfast was excellent, delivered to the room when requested. The staff on reception were very helpful and when we were initially disappointed with our room we got upgraded to the Presidential room which made our stay amazing. Thank you!

Brilliant stay, evening food and drinks pricey but worth it, especially the bbq chicken bacon waffle fries 👌. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast. Clean fresh environment from the moment you walk in the doors. Rooms are a good size with plenty of space. Being located on site saves the hassle of the traffic to get in the park. The evening entertainment for the kids was a great bonus and certainly finished them off for a peaceful nights sleep. Would stay again and we did the very next weekend.

Visited with husband and adult daughter. This was second stay for me and hubby and the third for adult daughter. We were allowed to share one room which kept the cost down and the room was very comfortable and clean with excellent self-controlled air-conditioning which is just as well as we stayed during the recent heatwave when temperatures exceeded 30C. The room was very well equipped including a mini fridge and safe. All three of us were given a key card on check-in and, as an additional safety precaution, the key card is needed to access the stairwells and lifts and also operates the lights etc within the room itself (pop it in the slot by the door). The food and service at breakfast and dinner was excellent and the evening restaurant, The Brasserie, is open to park visitors and not just hotel guests. I would recommend eating here when the park closes even if you are not staying at the hotel. Entrance to the theme park via the 'back entrance' means only a short walk from the hotel to the park and the hotel has a crazy golf course which is open to guests in the evening and I think is free of charge though I didn't try it this visit as it was too hot! The park now has an end of day water fountain show which is worth staying for.

Superb location for getting to the Theme Park. The staff were amazing. The atmosphere was great and there were lovely outdoor areas to use. The menu in the restaurant was extensive and the food was very good.

周りにレストランなどは無く、ホテルのレストランを利用せざるを得なかったが、従業員の態度が悪かった（土日のみ）。ウエイターを呼ぶために手を上げて目が合っても、わざと無視しているようだった。

It was a fabulous staying in the hotel and enjoyed the facilities in the park. The hotel car park has got EV charging for electric cars as well. There is an outdoor playground for kids next to the restaurant, so the adults can enjoy the food and drinks.
